Supporting Construction Quality and Coordination for an Elderly Care Facility in Ha Nam
Yuzankai Center for Eldercare is a healthcare and elderly care development in Ha Nam Province, planned as part of a larger complex that includes elderly residences, training facilities, office functions and supporting amenities.
Plus PM provided Supporting Author Supervision Services during the construction and handover stages, working in coordination with Mitsuhashi Sekkei and project team.
Our scope included regular site checks, review of construction plans and method statements, verification of site works against approved drawings, progress monitoring, inspection support, and construction reporting. Plus PM also supported coordination between Client, design consultant and contractor throughout project execution.

01 Site Observation and Quality Check
Plus PM conducted regular site checks during construction to review actual site conditions and verify works against approved drawings and project requirements.
The team also reviewed contractor reports and identified items requiring correction or further attention as part of ongoing quality control.
02 Construction Plan and Technical Review
Plus PM reviewed construction plans and method statements prepared by contractor and provided comments in coordination with design consultant.
The scope also included checking construction drawings and construction materials based on local practices and project requirements.
03 Progress and Schedule Monitoring
Plus PM monitored construction progress on site and reviewed schedule information prepared by contractor.
The team participated in regular meetings and followed up on progress to support the project’s planned construction sequence.
04 Inspection and Handover Support
Plus PM supported inspections during construction stage through regular and random site checks, while also reviewing inspection reports prepared by the contractor.
At handover stage, the scope included supporting completion inspection and reviewing matters related to final project close-out.
