HIROCHIKU ASIA VIETNAM FACTORY

HIROCHIKU ASIA VIETNAM CO., LTD. was established in August 2024 as the Vietnam subsidiary of Hirochiku Co., Ltd., a Japanese industrial company headquartered in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture.

Hirochiku’s business covers industrial furnace construction, refractory works, plant construction and incinerator construction, serving industries such as steel production, cast iron pipe manufacturing and refractory processing.

The HIROCHIKU FACTORY PROJECT represents the company’s first manufacturing investment in Vietnam. The facility is planned to support the production of refractory materials for customers in Japan and other international markets.

Located in Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, the project includes both factory and office functions, with a total floor area of approximately 7,500 m². 

Plus PM Vietnam has been involved from the basic design stage through tendering, including support for the selection of the design-build contractor. The team continues to provide management support as the project progresses through construction.

Plus PM Vietnam’s involvement began before construction, supporting the Client during the basic design and tender stages.

As the project moved toward execution, Plus PM Vietnam also supported the selection of the design-build contractor and continues to provide management support during construction.

This continuous involvement allows the project team to maintain alignment between the Client’s requirements, design development and construction execution throughout the project process.
