Introducing Super Hotel’s First 100% Japanese-Invested New-Build Hotel in Vietnam
Super Hotel Co., Ltd. operates a business hotel chain across Japan and overseas, providing high-quality services and comfortable accommodation based on its concept of “Safe, Clean and a Good Night’s Sleep.”
With LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability) as a core operating concept, Super Hotel aims to provide guests with a natural, organic and smart hospitality experience. Its hotels feature a range of facilities designed to enhance guest comfort, including public baths, welcome bars and theatre rooms.
The Cau Giay Super Hotel Project marks an important milestone as Super Hotel’s first newly built hotel in Vietnam developed with 100% Japanese investment.
Located in Hanoi and outside an industrial park, the project involved a complex approval process requiring coordination with multiple local authorities and regulatory bodies.

Our Services
01 Tender & Contractor Selection
Plus PM Vietnam joined the project from the tender stage, supporting the Client in reviewing bids and selecting a suitable local general contractor based on project requirements, quality expectations and budget considerations.
02 Cost Management
During post-tender negotiations, Plus PM Vietnam reviewed cost-reduction proposals and supported the Client in identifying practical measures to narrow the gap between the tender price and the project budget while maintaining the required quality standards.
03 Design & Contractor Management
Acting as the Engineer under the FIDIC Conditions of Contract, Plus PM Vietnam manages the Vietnamese design consultant and local general contractor through clear reporting, confirmation and instruction processes to support timely coordination and decision-making.
04 Authority & Project Coordination
The project required extensive coordination with local authorities and regulatory bodies. Plus PM Vietnam supported the Client in addressing approval procedures, regulatory changes and stakeholder coordination, helping the project progress successfully to the construction stage.
