Plus PM Vietnam is an independent project management consultancy. We have no financial ties to designers or contractors, so our only interest is yours: the project delivered to the right quality, on time and within budget.
As the Client's representative, we lead and coordinate every party: architects, consultants, contractors and authorities, and give you the clear information you need to make decisions at each stage.
