The Client's Eyes on Site
During construction, many parties work on site at the same time. Without close control, quality, safety, cost and schedule can slip quickly.
Plus PM Vietnam supervises construction on the Client's behalf through regular site patrols or full-time site staff. We check the work, track progress and costs, and report clearly, so you always know the real status of your project.
Our supervision engineers hold Vietnamese construction supervision practising certificates, as required by law to sign supervision records.
