Job Overview
As a Project Manager at Plus PM Vietnam, you will deliver Japanese-standard construction projects in the Vietnamese market. You will be the link between our clients, contractors and internal engineering team, making sure every project is delivered with high quality, controlled cost and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling and resource allocation from inception to handover.
- Enforce quality control in line with Japanese construction management standards (QCDS).
- Coordinate clearly between Japanese clients, designers and local contractors.
- Carry out regular site supervision and resolve technical issues early.
- Review variations and keep the project within the approved budget.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project or site management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- Good English and Vietnamese; Japanese is a strong advantage.
- Experience with commercial, industrial or high-end residential projects.
- Familiar with international contract administration (FIDIC preferred).
