Plus PM supported tender activities by reviewing BOQ and contractor quotations, coordinating tender documentation, evaluating proposed unit rates and supporting contractor selection. Scope also included contract review and coordination with designers and contractors where required.

Project team reviewed detailed drawings, shop drawings, materials and proposed construction methods against project requirements and actual site conditions. Potential inconsistencies were identified and clarified with relevant parties before construction.

During construction, Plus PM carried out regular site checks and participated in project meetings. Team monitored contractor progress, construction quality, schedule and site safety, while providing regular reports to Client and highlighting potential schedule risks.

Plus PM supported inspection of completed works and reviewed acceptance and handover documentation. Services included checking contractor works and supporting handover to Client at completion of renovation works.
