On 27 August 2025, Hirochiku Asia Vietnam held the groundbreaking ceremony for its new factory at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park.
With an investment of approximately USD 7 million and a site area of 2 hectares, the project marks an important milestone in Hirochiku Group’s strategic expansion into Vietnam and the Southeast Asian market.
A New Manufacturing Base in Vietnam
The new facility will manufacture refractory materials and components for industrial furnaces and large-scale heat treatment equipment.
The products are planned for export to Japan and other international markets. Through the new manufacturing base, Hirochiku aims to shorten delivery times, optimize manpower and costs, and maintain consistent product quality.
Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park was selected for its long-term development potential and strategic location near major international seaports, providing convenient access for logistics and export activities.

Building for Long-Term Growth
Hirochiku began its expansion into Vietnam two years before the groundbreaking and established its local entity in August 2024. The factory is expected to begin trial operations between Q3 2026 and Q1 2027, with full production planned from Q2 2027.
Alongside its investment in manufacturing facilities, Hirochiku Asia Vietnam is also developing local talent through training and recruitment initiatives, including technical training in Japan and future employment opportunities for skilled workers in Vietnam. LỄ ĐỘNG THỔ NHÀ MÁY SẢN XUẤT LÒ…
